Casa Home Decor is introducing a new residential and commercial custom finishing and

installation service by Bjarne Holt.

Bjarne designs and builds custom furniture for Casa. Our showroom has examples of his

custom tables, dressers, bookcases and store fixtures – with new arrivals on a regular basis.

Bjarne apprenticed in Copenhagen – attending one of the top woodworking schools in

Europe. He brings 40+ years of experience and very high standards to all projects. Loving a

challenge he has, worked closely with top designers such as The Watt Group and Naomi Left

of New York on many projects.

These relationships led to his company being chosen to build and finish all in-store designer

boutiques at Holt Renfrew Toronto as well as many installations in the Vancouver, Montreal

and Calgary stores. Vancouver is now his place of residence.

FURNITURE FOREVER

refers to the idea of longevity, quality, and collectors’ pieces to pass on to future generations.

Today Bjarne is fulfilling his wish to design and create his own line of furniture from his west coast studio/workshop.  Sold directly through CASA  in  Vancouver he has executed custom furniture requests – as well as continued his installation and finishing projects.  Casa showcases an ongoing exhibit of his tables, chairs, lighting and decor pieces.

THE STORY OF A TREE….come by CASA to see our newest tables – all created from one old Sunshine Coast Maple tree.  Some are combined with African Bubinga or Birdseye Maple veneers.

Custom sizing of each piece is possible while the wood from our tree is still available. These are numbered, signed, limited edition tables.
